St Anne's has two halls (one large, one small) and a space under the church (known as the 'Crypt'). Subject to the approval of the Minister and Wardens, these areas may be available for use by community groups. Please direct enquiries to the church office, or contact us by email.

• Our halls are not made available for private functions or parties.
• Where approval is granted, the relevant organisation or individual will need to sign a Licence Agreement as required by the Sydney Anglican Church Property Trust, and must have its own Public Liability Insurance.
• The Licence fee for regular users (eg weekly or monthly) is based on an hourly rate for up to 3 hours. The hourly rate for 2024 is $31 including GST.
• The Licence fee for longer and 'one-off' events is based on a half-day (up to about 4 hours) or whole day. For 2023 the half-day rate is $230 including GST and the whole day rate is $395 including GST. In addition, there is a $100 deposit which is refundable if the hall is left clean and tidy at the conclusion of use.
