Although it seems not long since Christmas, Easter is already looming on the horizon. It comes relatively early in 2010. (For those who wonder why it moves, the first Easter occurred at the time of the Jewish passover, a festival celebrated near the time of the full moon.)

Easter remembers and celebrates events at the very heart of Christian faith. In his first letter to the church in Corinth, the apostle Paul expresses it this way:
'I handed on to you as of first importance what I in turn had received:
that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures,
and that he was buried,
and that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures,
and that he appeared to many different people ...'

It's a timeless message for all men and women. We look forward to seeing you soon.
